2019 CoinManage installation

After installing the 2019 update, I began receiving this error message "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Attachments'.  Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly."  When I hit the OK button, this message reappears again.  Another hit on the OK button and it disappears and I can edit the record.  But if I click on any item in my collection, I get these same two messages before I can edit or even just review the record.  What has happened to your program & how can I fix it?

I couldn't get a file to email to your techsupport from the 'Internet Backup' tab in the program.  I just got a text document that I could do nothing with it.  But I upload the COINDESC.mdb file from my program into Dropbox and shared it with your techsupport@libertystreet.com .  I think this is the file that is corrupted because I copied over this file with an older Coindesc file and my program worked just fine.  So if you correct this file and send it back to me, I would appreciate it.  I don't know if this means anything, but when I was initially upgrading the program, I got an error message that said something about a file being to large and that I should try upgrading with a smaller file.  I didn't understand how to do this, so I ignore the message & continued the upgrade process.  I don't remember which file was too large, but if I were to guess, it was my coin images file.  It has over 12,000 images & is 2.62 GB in size.

To Admin:

Have read my post about the file I left in Dropbox?  Is it because you can't or don't respond to Dropbox files?  Is there something more I need to do?  As I said in my post, the 'Internet Backup' is not working for me when I tried it using the program.  When I used it, all I got was a text document that I couldn't do anything with it.  It appears that it doesn't complete its function & just stops working.  I really need this program fixed.  I don't want to lose all the data I have entered in the last 4 mos.  Which is what I will have to do if I have use that older COINDESC.mdb file.  I would really appreciate any help that you could give me.

Was this new update to this program suppose to correct my above problems?  If it was it didn't work.  I downloaded the update & installed without problems.  But when I tried to re-open the program, the same error message popped up  "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Attachments'.  Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly." after clicking on the OK button, the program tried to reload the coin types & images, but it couldn't and it shutdown the program.  I replaced the current "Coindesc.mdb file an earlier COINDESC.mdb file from about 4 mos. ago when the program was working.  When re-opened the program, the program was able to reload the coin types & images without any problems, but without any of the entries I made for the last 4 mos.  So I think that it is my most current COINDESC.mdb file that needs to be fixed.  I have uploaded this file to Dropbox & shared it with  your techsupport@libertystreet.com.  Can you not access this file or fix it?  I can't tell if you have even tried to access this file. Is there any hope that you can fix this file or should I just bite the bullet & start re-entering my item from the last 4 months?
