I sort my collection by Sets that I created. Then if I want to report on one of the sets I, in the "View By" category, click on Sets to open the list, then right click on the Set that I want to report on. Then I have the choice of "Output Report Using..." with a list of already created reports, or "Output Report Using This Set..." which opens up the whole list of reports including ones that I created.

I right click on everything in the whole program because often there's a whole sub-menu of choices available. It's one of the most useful tools in most Windows programs.
