Our company was attacked by a ransom ware and we had to reformat several PCs, mine including. I need to transfer my old key to the clean PC, how can this be done? admin Posted August 5, 2019 Report Share Posted August 5, 2019 My apologies, have you emailed your codes to us? we can deactivate them over the internet. If you still have access to the program on an older PC you can deactivate the code within Assetmanage using: TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE LICENSE... from the main menu Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
