Guest Sue B Posted August 13, 2019 Report Share Posted August 13, 2019 When I am importing pictures or trying to add a new item, the program will randomly just crash and then I can't reopen the program without downloading and installing again. admin Posted August 13, 2019 Report Share Posted August 13, 2019 Hi, can you go into the PREFERENCES TOOLS > PREFERENCES and uncheck the Use Webcam checkbox. Does the crash still occur?
