MS Jet Engine: Cannot Open File #3051

I accidentally uninstalled Home Manage. I downloaded the "Trial Version" and installed it. When I try to open HM I get a message "MS Jet Engine Cannot Open File "my data file. It is already opened exclusively by another user or you need permission to view its data (3051)". See attached pic. Don't know what to do. Thanks!

Hi, this error normally means you have installed the data file into a folder that is marked as read only.  The program needs to write to the data file for obvious reasons.  

Try to mouse click on the program icon and select RUN AS ADMIN from the popup menu.  Does the error go away?

After much work not described here I finally figured it out.

"I finally figured it out. I am using BitDefender as my security suite. When I updated BitDefender to 2020 edition it blocked HomeManage from accessing my secure folders. Once I saw that it was easy to allow HM access to the HM folders!" 
Back in action!
