Guest Justin D. Posted April 22, 2020 Report Share Posted April 22, 2020 I bought this software to make it easier to enter and track coin values, but it hasn't been easier at all. About 3/4 of the coins I have added so far have had to of been manually added to the database. Even when adding slabbed coins I get "not found"... I must be doing something wrong. admin Posted April 24, 2020 Report Share Posted April 24, 2020 You are entering coins from which country? you should not get this error often for USA coins. 3/4 of the coins? are these some of the less common PCGS numbers... we try to keep up with the large number of new PCGS number varieties that constantly introduced.., can you give a couple examples of the PCGS numbers of coins not found we will take a look for the next free update.
