Catalog entries not showing up

Hi, I just upgraded to the 2020 version and all data/images show for the Add Stamp activity.  But when I look at the StampManage Catalog there is no data or images for any country except the US.

I have attached some screenshots.

Hi, can you select:

FILE > UPDATE STAMPMANAGE DATA FILE..

from the main menu.  Then EXIT and run the program again.  Does the problem continue?

Hi, I did the update Data File, and yes the problem still continues.

I have updated the Data File and the problem still continues.

The database catalog appears to be working correctly now.  I did another FILE > UPDATE STAMPMANAGE DATA FILE,  I completed a search of the database, and added the search to a new collection. Not much else but just poking around the program a bit.

However it now appears that the program randomly shuts down. A message window pops up that StampManage needs to close and then it just shuts down.
