Guest Walter Posted July 15, 2020 Report Share Posted July 15, 2020 I downloaded the latest Coin Manage 2020 upgrade yesterday and successfully registered the new product code; however, every time I try to open the new Coin Manage 2020, the pop-up to enter the product code appears, doesn't allow me to enter the product code, but says it's been successfully registered. But it will not open the actual program for me to use. Instead, it appears to have updated the existing 2018 version with new images and coin types and reports. Guest J.A. Collection Posted July 16, 2020 Report Share Posted July 16, 2020 Walter, I had this issue going from 2019 to 2020. In a previous post, the admin had me send the 2019 product code (in your case, the 2018 product code) to sales@libertystreet.com so they could deactivate that code.
