lost coins in the coinmanage database

I just purchased Coinmanage and Currencymanage and ran into some problems. In Coinmanage I added some coins to the Coinmanage Database in the trial version and when I upgraded to the paid version they are not there. They appear in My Collection but not in the Coinmanage Database. There are the two countries I added and the years for these coins I added but all the data pertaining to these two coins is not in the Coinmanage Database. I also tried to resolve it by copying the backup I made before upgrading but the problem still persists. What happened? Is there a simple way to resolve this or do I have to re-enter the data into the Coinmanage Database again? Fortunately it's only 2 coins.
