I am trying to upgrade to SM2021. When it starts to load it gets to the jpeg files and gives me a decompression error.

I am trying to upgrade to SM2021. When it starts to load it gets to the jpeg files and gives me a file decompression error.  I tried uninstalling my old version and installing fresh. But no change. So then I installed my old version and tried again to update but still no change. 

I did get it to install on my laptop just fine so I know the file is good.

Hi, we have seen this a couple times.  It was happening because the Windows Defender was preventing the decompression for some reason.  Disabling during the install fixed the problem.  I would recommend WebRoot for an Anti-virus, we use it here on our development computers.
