What I’d like to know is: Does the app work with all portable bar/QR readers in terms of populating the various fields for any given coin? Is a specific portable reader recommended, if so which one? admin Posted August 7, 2021 Report Share Posted August 7, 2021 Hi, the program has a feature that lets you scan the barcodes on PCGS coins to quickly inventory them. Any simple barcode scanner available on AMAZON should work. At this time..QR codes are mainly used for people to scan using their smartphones. They are then usually take to a web-site associated with the QR code. I don't know of any popular QR code formats that contain coin information.
