Stamp-man Posted August 31, 2021 Report Share Posted August 31, 2021 Hi I just tried updating StampManage 2021 and it says that there is a new update available, however when I attempt to download it I get several errors including: Failed to open output file. The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x00000000002EDD2C. Click on OK to terminate the program. I keep getting this Initializing....'irsetup.exe - Application Error and don't know why. Is there a way to get around this error because it downloads to 100% but then I get these errors.
