CoinManage 2021 not updating bullion values. Worked but now stopped.

Hi 

Back in November i posted the bullion values were not updating. You replied the program will be changed to API and should work with no problem in the future. I noticed the bullion values had not changed for some time. i reset all bullion values to 0 and then then pressed the button to update the values. The values stayed at zero. I have tried running the program as the administrator and momentarily turning off the firewall.
