Stephen Posted February 24, 2022 Report Share Posted February 24, 2022 I had a copy of the above software(not the Deluxe version) on a Windows 10 PC which I am trying to reinstall on my new Windows 11 machine. I have managed to install the programme including the associated data file but it now loads as a Trial version. If I try to buy a license code it takes me to a "BlueSnap" web page but the order page is currently unavailable. There was no option by the way to upgrade the programme from my Windows 10 machine, just a message to contact Liberty Software. I sent a message via the on-line chat option over a week ago but had no reply so emailed "tech support" but no reply from them either. I find I have an 8 number reference which I am guessing may be an old validation reference. I am not sure what else to do and would appreciate any advice Forum members may be able to offer.
