Karl Posted June 15, 2022 Report Share Posted June 15, 2022 So I have emigrated and whilst I wait for my stuff to be shipped I purchased a new desktop PC and decided to download StampManage again, registering it with the original serial I got when I purchased it. All was fine until I went to retrieve the Internet Backup. All I get is a page of errors which I see is mainly a 550 windows error. Ray-do Posted December 27, 2022 Report Share Posted December 27, 2022 I am also getting an error message when I click File and Backup Data to Internet. Here's what mine says: (At least, it looks like an error message, although it's all Greek to me - I don't like the word "Fail" at the bottom.) Anyway, I'd like to Backup Data to Internet so I can see my records on a new computer I just bought. My old one is fading fast and is extremely slow. Thanks for any advice you might have and share.
