AnneO
I installed Home Manage on a new Windows 11 computer. The program files are installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeManage 2022; other files to D:\Documents\Finances\Home Inventory\HomeManage\Data; D:\Documents\Finances\Home Inventory\HomeManage\AssetImages; and D:\Documents\Finances\Home Inventory\HomeManage\Reports. After installing, rebooting, and attempting to run the program, I immediately get this error message: "An unknown error occurred while accessing c:\Users\anneo\OneDrive\Documents\HomeManage\Headers. WCD." I don't use OneDrive, nor do I want to. One Drive is not activated on my computer. (I use a different cloud backup.) I cannot get past this error message to run the program. How can I solve this? admin
admin
Hi, is there a file called HEADERS.WCD in the folder c:\Users\anneo\OneDrive\Documents\HomeManage if so, can you delete it and then try running the program again.
