whm Posted February 22 Report Share Posted February 22 I have deactivated the software on my old computer and loaded software to my new computer utilizing the link on my purchase email. The activation code does not work. I receive the following error message when I enter the code, me “License with the provide License_key not found". admin Posted February 22 Report Share Posted February 22 Hi, a couple months ago we switched to a new licensing system as the old one was very expensive and had not been updated in over 2 years, causing some issues. Wap52 Posted February 23 Report Share Posted February 23 I am having same problem on activation code saying key noy found. I have tried after installing from web and also today after receiving g USB stick, I sent an email to support with my email with activation code and payment. Really like the software but it seems they like my money more than solving problems. Was hoping they would at least leave me a message saying they are working on problem. Oh well screw me once your fault screw second time my fault.
