HomeManage 2024 activation error

Just recently installed HomeManage 2024 though I bought the upgrade late last year. The install proceeded fine until the activation was required. I put the activation code in as required, and received an activation error. After I dismissed the dialog box with the error, HomeManage oddly opened as if there was no activation error. I checked the About box and the correct activation code was present and the version is 24.0.0.6. I thought reboot might be needed. After rebooting, I started HomeManage and it complained that it needed to be activated. Again I proceeded thru the next steps even though I was never prompted to actually enter the activation code again. Again I received an activation error. Again after I dismissed the error message, the application started up with all my data and with no indication that the app was not fully activated. Again I checked the About box and it has the correct activation code and version number.

I need help getting the application activated properly.

Hi the latest version is 24.0.0.10  can you download and install again from:

https://s3.amazonaws.com/LSSDownloads/HomeMng2024Setup.exe

is the error you received "cannot create folder"?

if so, try running the program as ADMIN.  Right mouse click on the program icon and select

RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

from the popup menu.  If the problem continues, it may be your anti-virus locking down the folder.

The error was NOT "cannot create folder". The error message I received upon first installation is below:

A problem occurred when HomeManage tried to activate. Error code 25.
Contact your system administrator or technical support department for assistance.

However, I downloaded the 24.0.0.10 version of the executable and reinstalled the application as suggested. There were no errors reported during installation. After the required reboot, I ran the application and followed the activation prompts. The application failed to activate and gave the error below:

Quote

License with the provided license_key not found.

Please note that I am already running the installation in an administrator account and there are no errors that arise in the installation process.

I still have not received the email with the new license code. Currently I run the software without activation since that is the easiest way to use it until I get the new code. I don't know how long it'll allow me to run this way, however.

HI, we email the code days ago.  I have just emailed again.  If you do not receive can you make sure it is not in SPAM folder.  If not, email us from another email account if you have one.

I’ve moved Home Manage Inventory 2024.0.0.9 to a new computer, but my original activation key (from August 2023) is not accepted.  I get an error:  License with the provided license_key not found.  I am currently stuck with the trial version. I tried contacting support via email, but I got no response.

Hi, we sent you an email on May 14, with new activation code and download link.  Can you search for it, if not found kindly email again.

can you check your SPAM folder.  If not there, do you only have that one email account?  If you have another kindly send an email from that account.  

or try sending directly to liberyst@gmail.com
