I also have sent multiple emails to all the emails several times with no response. For a while the Home Manage 2024 application would launch, but now the 30-day license has expired. The program will no longer launch, and I can't get to my data any longer. My license code is 2EK4-CP44-N2X9-WTM3-XBZU-KXIH-HWTA. Base on this experience if you had to switch to a new licensing system and this was causing issue, shouldn't we have received some communication about it in the event we had issue? Second, if no one is going to respond to the emails, I would remove them from the web page. It just causes frustration when you don't get a response.
