I have been asking for over two weeks now, both here and via email. No response. This is not like Liberty Street. And no, there are no email replies in a Spam folder, as my email server is set up not to do that. Quote
LeeM Posted July 26, 2024 Report Posted July 26, 2024 I've been asking for months. The level of ignorance is beyond a joke. Firstly, no comms about this even happening. Not one bit of communication to say we've updated our keys, nothing on the website seemingly either as even a touchpoint. Secondly, four different email addresses I've been emailing for over a month with absolutely no reply. Thirdly, forum threads unanswered. EDIT: Just seen that they've emailed mine after posting on the forum. Still unhappy considering I've been emailing for months. Quote
