Modify Items Grouped by Locations report to exclude a location

I want to use a filter to create a version of Items Grouped by Locations to exclude my location "0-No Longer Own." I have tried several times over the last couple years, but can't figure out what to use as the filter to get the report to work. (At one point a support rep told me he would create a video on how to do it, but did not do so.)

I intended to use this report as a PDF record of my home inventory for insurance purposes, but like to keep a record of items we have disposed of. With the O-No Longer Own location included, the report is confusing and throws off the calculated total value.

I just need to know exactly what syntax to use for the filter to exclude that one location.
