Is it possible to print a report by purchase price and not value?

I want to add the Philatelic Truck to my US inventory. Is there a pre-existing category in SM for items like this or do I have to create my own? And if so how do I do that.

The entry for US 656 lists this item as a vertical coil. It is horizontal.

I had a ransom ware attack that seems to have deleted my SM program. I reinstalled Disk 1 and all seems to be ok. Is it necessary to reinstall Disk 2 as well?

When I opened SM today images were gone, stamps were listed in no particular order...what happened. All was fine yesterday.

SM shows this as the 46c Canada flag and not the Loon. The Loon is Scott 1687 and the Flag IS 1682. Can this be corrected?

Trying to transfer data...This is ridiculous. I copied STAMPDATA.MDB to a flash drive. And I see it there. But when I go to the transfer page on SM I cant find that file to copy to the data

I installed SM 2016 on my new laptop. I backed up my data from my old laptop. How do I get the data to the new computer?

They sorted and deleted for me...I did an internet back up for them to work with

Actually it was Liberty Street that took care of my problem. Thanks to all of you for your helpful tips.

Thanks for the great tips. While it may be true that Liberty Street doesn't always respond right away, when they do they do help.
