Hi, Your most recent post has left me confused. If the "new build" is what you are referring to, I will need a link where I can download the update, since I can not access the program and check for updates from within it. That done, I will be happy to zip and send to you, assuming this new build allows me to do so.

I am having the same problem, except it says it can not open the stampdata.mdb. You suggest a link which is supposed to fix this, but when I go to the link this is what I get:

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

So that is a fix which is no fix. Is there a new build to download?

I just purchased the 2014 update about 1 hour ago and received my confirmation from Paypal. BUT no download began. I decided it might be because of blocked popup windows, so I excepted Liberty Street. I am using Mozilla Firefox and Win 8.1. I did not think I should go back to the purchase page, since I did not want to be charged twice. And I closed the page which said your download will begin, and your registration will be emailed to you within 10 minutes. One hour later, no down load and no registration number and no purchase confirmation from you. I just seem cursed with your company, and still am considering your household inventoryprogram.
