Ah .. found it.  Under Tools, Apply Values to collection.

Thanks.  I had to restart the program and then 2021 showed up.   Do you know if there is a way to have all the values of the stamps reflect the 2021 values based on the condition, etc.   Or do I have to adjust each one by hand?  Looks like almost all the values have changed (many have been reduced over the past 8 years). 

Running Stampmanage 2013. I pressed the "Check for updates" selection in the Help pulldown. It checked, found an update and downloaded and started to install. I cancelled (didn't read what was going on - my bad). So I went to do this again, but now when I click on "check for updates", nothing happens. It did not complete the update before. Program is fine, but would like to update. Waiting for 2015 to before buying the upgrade.
