The Portugal Ceres series on my 2019 Version of StampManage Deluxe is based on the Scott pre 2014 catalog.

As  most of the numbers were changed the existing one on StampManage don't match the New Scott's numbers.

I tried changing the numbers (since the information is correct) but as those numbers exist as a different Ceres type so it cannot be done.

Is this something that should be done by the developers since it is a special case or should I attempt to do it.

And if so any advice on how to do?
