  1. I want to use my OLD version of the product I paid for WITHOUT having to re-activate to new version. I do not want to update my software annually. I want to use my existing software. I DO NOT want to pay that annual fee every year. How do I do this? I shouldn't have to pay a LICENSING FEE EVERY YEAR if I choose not to. The software forces me to use a trial version. Then after the trial runs out it's what, de-activated? I understand I don't get updates but I'm happy using the product I paid for without updates. HOW????!!!

  2. They have a facebook page. That seems to get more attention. I suggest going there as I am myself. Perhaps only the squeaky wheels get the grease? What better avenue than Facebook? Careful though. I asked a support question and it was filtered back out. Guess sales is the primary interest. Aggravating, for sure.

  3. Again, I find myself questioning update/upgrade issues. I would like to know if this new upgrade is THE final upgrade this forum was talking about occurring in September. If so, how to upgrade to that latest version. I understand the upgrade is nominally priced versus the full 'no previous version' price. I would like to upgrade to the Deluxe version from the regular 2013 version. Help please?

  4. Yes, I got that. Will my older version builds have any problems with the new version in September using Win 10 (especially since my version is 'old', even though I never got to use it in the first place). Answers to above asked questions weren't responded to in a timely fashion, leading folks to believe problems must exist. I want to know what poo I'm stepping in if upgrading in my current situation. Again, the questions asked above have not been answered.

After upgrading to windows 10 Pro, when I try to load coin manage 2015, I get this message _tmkdir failed. When I accept OK, I then get the message that Coin manage MDB file cannot be found. Also in trying to resolve the problem the CoinManage file location in search is found as a sub menu under the Brother file in Program Files (x86). I finally got my backed up MDB file loaded and was able to backup my current data. Now when I try to load CoinManage 2015, the tmkdir failed note appears and if I click on it twice the program opens. But after closing the program and restarting the same problem occurs.

    Help.

    This seems unclear at best.
