agb1937 Posted March 30, 2014 Report Share Posted March 30, 2014 When I purchased Coin Manage in 2005, it included a large number of different countries and also when I upgraded to the 2013 version it still included the additional countries. I only used the US and Canadian countries. I now notice that the Coin Manage program is available in more than one version including a deluxe version for US, Canadian and UK. I do not see an upgrade option for the Coin Manage Deluxe, how do I upgrade to the deluxe program in order to continue using the program. I recently had a computer failure and reloaded to my new computer from my original CD but could not scan to the program. It did import the coins that I had backed up. I then went on site and downloaded a 2013 upgrade and paid for it. After upgrading it would not import my backed up data file from my SD card. I received the attached message and when I tried to perform the backup, it would not work. I have been a customer since 2005 and am confused with the whole approach.
