its a conjugate of auction reports, internet sales and pcgs, ngc slabbed coins, in fact it was the property of another company untill 2008-ish when pcgs bought it... as far as graded coins go.. you buy the coin not the holder, being certified just gives the buyer peace of mind... a pcgs ms 63 and a ngc ms63 and a raw coin that would grade ms 63  is the same in many collectors opinion so syncing to coinfacts would be great... at least the option to use it if we want would be great
