mistake made tried to install up to and stamp manage 2023

tried to install several years of stamp manage up to 2020 i get either a serial# is in use or unrecognized data format

c:\users\john|documents|stampmanage|data\stampdata.mdb.very fustrating nothing works in install wont open,any help to this problem

just installed stamp manage 2021 cannot install additional images,had no previous problems before how do i get the them installed 

the link on the download does not work

originally was deluxe last few years was only the USA 2020 version

Had to reinstall stamp manage 2017 via disk, due to computer crash.I recovered data from backups on  computer for 2019 but I think it is only a demo as I can acess stamp manage without using activation code. How do I get a code to work?tech help is never on line when I check  The problem is all codes that I use do not work, I tried to do a backup from internet but this option is not available, did not use a disk for 2019 but downloaded from site,(at time of purchase) this setup will probably stop working at 30 days.Any help for this problem?this is very frustrating

I am also having a problem with stamp manage accepting codes.my computer crashed I used an a usa cd2017 I am trying to get the backup from the internet but  cannot get the 2019 internet backup stating I need a valid code all codes I have from previous disks are not recognized 

who should i contact to get the cd for usa delux version?

anyone who is interested after several hours i finally figured how to install the usa 2014update,there is problem when using internet explorer use firefox or mazilla also i would advise to get the updates on the cd it is not worth the time going thru this install plus it is very time consuming after down loading.this is the first time i used the internet down load figured i would save a few bucks forget it if you want the update buy the cd

cannot open the downloaded version of this update,i get the message"archive integrity check failed. the setup file in nort complete possibly due to an incomplete download or corrupt file" any help with this?never had a problem when using the cd

I cannot use or activate any of the reports feature,how can I get the reports to work.it was working fine

last time(about a mount ago)no changes have been made

computer crashed, i reinstalled the program using the 2013 updates disk.the plate blocks owned reports lists does not print or view in scott order,how do i correct this?
