I just did an uninstall and reinstall  Stampmanage 2024. I then did the update again and everything is now working.

Fixed my support problem.  For some reason I sent my request to techsupport@libertystreetsoftware.com

I am having the same problem.  Also, when I try to email support I get this error:

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <techsupport@libertystreetsoftware.com>: No mx record found for domain=libertystreetsoftware.com

Looks like I solved my own issue. The reports directory was corrupt (someone must have emptied the files?).  I just copied the directory contents from my laptop installation.

When I try to to run a report I get an error that says the .lst file does not exist. I have used the report feature before and it worked fine. Any help?

Every time I try to select Add Stamp Wizard StampManage crashes. Also the LignUp stamp search option is dimmed out and I can not select it. I have reinstalled both Stampmanage and LignUPSS and still have the problems.  Any help?

For me, that workaround does not affect all the sections. In previous versions there was an option to change the "Font Height for List of Stamps".

Just update StampManage 2022 and can not find out how to increase the font size of the stamp list section. Is there a fix for this?

Just got an email that announced an Update to StampManage USA 2021. I have StampManage Deluxe 2021. When I check for an update the program responds with: You already have the most recent version of StampManage 2021 installed on you system. Does this update only pertain to the USA 2021 version?

I solved my problem.

First, I have been writing/hacking software since 1975 and I realized the StampManage database is Microsoft Access and since I have over 10,000 stamps cataloged I put on my BlackHat and got to work.

When I reset everything on my laptop, I saved the new STAMPDATA.MDB file.  I then edited the STAMPDATA.MDB file on my desktop with Microsoft Access, deleted the countries table and imported the countries table from the STAMPDATA.MDB I created on my laptop and everything works great.

Here is a sample of what happens:

I did another full reset on my laptop and this time I deleted the registry keys. When I rebooted all countries showed up. Then I loaded my original data backup and China (1878-1949 & ROC Taiwan (1878-) disappeared. So it must be my collection. Any way to fix this?

After a complete re-install still no China (1878-1949 & ROC Taiwan (1878-).

I have StampManage Deluxe 2021 installed on my desktop and I do not see the China (1878-1949 & ROC Taiwan (1878-). I have updated the database but still not showing. I am doing a complete reset and reinstall on my laptop to see what happens.

I have various stamps from china from around 1920 to 1949 and I can not find them in the latest version of Stampmanage. Are these stamps in the database?

I have Stampmanage Deluxe 2018, but the US catalog only goes up to July 2018 issues. When will the catalog update to contain the rest of the 2018 issues.

I have noticed that the country Libya is not listed in the database. Am I missing something?
