Email received - only took 9 hours - you should really change the 10 minutes so expectation level is not so high thanks

the webpage says 10 minutes - perhaps you should rethink that time frame and put a better estimate - I have not received my License email and it has been over an hour and a half - I don't want to wait 10 hours like the previous person mentioned Please send ASAP thanks
