Thanks for your interest, but I think I've solved.

I opened the file STAMPDATA.MDB with Access and I added Want List and everything seems to be ok.

The problem was the fact that I had created a new Data directory and the program did not create Want List.

because I do not see the Want list in my collections? should be created automatically? I can score a stamp as WL, but then do not see it in the collection, and when I close the program and reopen it the stamp is no longer marked as WL. My program is StampManage 2014.
