It is a very nice site, but not being able to search by Scott # is a pain

Open the country where you want the stamp stored, then open the country where it is presently stored, then drag the new stamp the to the correct counrty and category

Also what enhancements were made in 2014 compared to 2013?

I have been asking for the Queries function to be fixed since June. They said that they would take a look at it, but it still does not work.

I also uploaded many varieties last year and was promised a free upgrade. To date I havn't gotten it. So don't hold your breath waiting, it's not going to happen.

We have updated StampManage Deluxe 2013 and StampManage USA 2013.

To update, you can select HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu.

StampManage Canada update will be ready in a day or 2.

The update contains:

1/ Fix for problems sorting reports, usually by Scott number

2/ You can now select multiple varieties and make changes to some fields for all of them at once. Such as the Variety topic, perforation etc.. There is a small new section in the manual on this.

3/ Few updates to the manual

4/ Depending on what build you have, at least 20,000 more stamp listings for the Deluxe version. The USA only version should be complete up until April 2013 now. Several thousand new images for the Deluxe version

Is anyone able to create and/or execute queries? Whenever I try to create a new one or execute an old one I get the following screen.

The only way I can do it is to go to the data folder and run it through Access.

No my search function works just fine. Queries is under the "View By Tab", there is a list of queries that have already been created. Also under the File Menu, New, you can create a query. I can't create a new on or run any that I created in my older version of SM 2010.

Queries do not work in SM2013. When I try to run an existing querie or create a new onw one, I get the following error

Have you tried giving each entry a different Scott # (ex C62_FDC). This will not show the image of C62. You will then have to add your own image of the FDC

In the Stamp Data Manager, could you have a popup to confirm a deletion when you hit the Remove button?

Can we get the queries fixed in the near future?. When you try to create a new query or try to run an old one I get a popup box with an exclamination mark (!).

The Quarry function in SM USA 2013 still does not work. Are you going to fix it in the next update?

The Download manager in StampManage 2012 does not work. Keep getting message "Unable to download file. could not open request."

I uploaded many many varieties for the US version back in June and was promised a free upgrade. After many promises I still have not received my 2012 US upgrade CD. What gives?
