I agree with this suggestion - this is an important element that seems to have been overlooked.

Well I figured this one out.  The imported data did not have a category or description field either, and when those were included, the "OK" button became active again.  But I have a followup question - I know you can select multiple records and edit the data in particular fields for all at them all in one go, but it appears you cannot assign them all to a particular room at the same time.  Am I missing something?

I have just completed an import of a CSV spreadsheet.  All went well, however the spreadsheet did not have a location or room field.  When I go into the record to edit it to specify the room, the "OK" button is greyed out so it won't take the edit.  Is this right?  Is imported data not edit-able after the import?
