Hello. I've been a user for many years. Just recently I discovered that I could not open my collection. Further review suggested that my database of coins had disappeared. I have searched my computer and have found several CONDENSE , failed to open any of them to check the content. Have I lost my collection? I don't have a current backup, but I did maintain an excel log on all purchases. Please advise on how I can recover my database. I have over 1500 coins. mcnultythree@gmail.com
