    I uninstalled the Deluxe Edition and installed the USA Edition. My USA Collection transferred to the new program automatically. I did backup my data but was not required to complete the transfer. Issue Closed. grampyB

    Does anybody respond to technical issues on this forum in a timely manner? I posted a question 6 days ago and still no response. Is this typical if and when I purchase the software? Or is the technical staff on vacation. grampyB.

    I downloaded the Stamp Manage Deluxe edition and started entering my US Stamp collection. I'm ready to purchase the US Edition only. Must I uninstall the Deluxe edition before downloading the US Edition. More Importantly will I have to reenter my US stamp collection after I purchase the US only Edition. Thanks in advance, grampyB.
