I think the problem is that your files/folders are not in sync with your "preferences". Find the "Preference" button in the CoinManage (shown with the red arrow below.) Then make sure the various "Directories" are linked to the correct folders.

Seems like these should have been added before the 2022 version of Coin Manage was released.

Yes, this is annoying. Does this with the 2022 Software, but I remember this being a problem with the 2020 version.
-
Wait, what makes you think you can connect a camera directly with CoinManage?
-
There is no error message. CoinManage just stops responding (Not Responding), and does not work no matter how long I wait. The Backup to my own computer works just fine.

Every time I try to backup my data to the internet, CoinManage USA crashes. Does this feature work for others?
-
Bump...
If I have the USA version, how do I upgrade to the Deluxe version?
-
Will my 2019 version of Coin Manage automatically update to the 2020 version, or does the new version need to be purchased for $24.95? If so, how and when?
Also, if I have the USA version, is it possible to update to the Deluxe version?

You can "Add a New Variety" easily enough, and also Submit Changes to Liberty Street Software. Hehe

I had the same problem: One can add a new coin "Type" in the database editor, and then drag existing coins into the new Type. However, existing coins in your collection will not show up under the new Type, nor will you be able to edit any information for the coins in your collection that were dragged into the new Type.
My computer recently crash, and I lost a lot of information that had been entered. So I just deleted all my Washington quarters, made the new coin "Types" as above, and then began adding again coins to my collection. Everything now works like a charm, but not sure if there will be glitches after the next update. I also divided up the Lincoln cents into Four "Types": Wheaties, Memorial, Bicentennial, and Shield. 😀
Why is the "1 Dollar" type showing below Medals in the My Collection > United States tree?

I agree; this is annoying. It is because the "Denomination Weight" has been entered incorrectly for one of the dollar coins. You can manually correct this in the "Coin Database Editor", but everytime the program updates, you'll need to manually correct again.
