    Completed the upgraded earlier today - no issues with deleting the 2019 version and "reinstalling" the 2020 version to get the default images back. Worked like a champ. VERY happy to see that next year this will be a non-issue.

    Hi, The error is caused when the installer is looking for particular DLL. What version of Windows are you attempting to install the app on? It could be that if you are not using at least Windows 7 that this could cause the issue.
