Finally got the product key number about 24 hours after purchase.

Purchased CoinManage usa 2020 through paypal and have my transaction number from paypal but never got a confirmation email or activation code from CoinManage Liberty Street Software. What should I do now 24 hour later. They don't seem to be answering emails and phone number goes to (leave a message). When I try the retrieve product code and enter the email that is attached to my paypal account I get this response but when I look for the email, there is nothing in the inbox. even in trash and spam folders. weird
