    same problem. support had me send in DB and other but no action was taken that i could see. this has occurred with every new version so far. I'd also like to see the modified reports that I made are not overwritten every time an update is installed.

    All my screen displays that I modified are back to what they were before my mods. what gives?

    got 2023 and don't see 2021 & 2023 rolls and bags for innovation coins.

    when new year coins come out, how do u update your own DB with the new coins? I'm having a devil of a time adding American innovation coins and rolls.

    images that are selected for coins are appearing as other images. Checked the images and they are correct. For instance I add 1950D pic and it appears as 1942.I don't think it has a bearing but I created a template and cloned it then changes 1 number and added pics. Something is screwy.

    Have couple Canadian coins to enter, No countries are listed in tools/prefences. How ro I enter? 1 is a dollar and 1 is 5c. thanks

    when adding an image file to the db, goinmanage saves it under a coin(ID).jpg name. why is this? why not use the real file name?

    missing category did not come back. It's seated Liberty 50c.

    I have a missing category 'Seated Liberty' 50c. Went to 'update data file' and it's missing from there also. Hmmmmm. Any ideas how to get it back?

    I'm trying to add a new coin to the DB, 1944-S/S. Keeps asking 'enter a currency'. Can't seem to get around it. It's probably somewhere else, just don't know.

    Want to index coinmanage individual coins. example. all binders have slab pages, 9 slots per page. binder would be labelled 'A'. slots would be labelled A1.1, A1.2 thru A1.9 Binder 2 wou;d be labelled B1.1, B1.2 thru B2.9 etc what field(s) would you recommend to use for this indexing?

    running standard reports n reporting and coin 'year' is not appearing. any ideas?

    Found all the tables. will use xcell to dump data to csv. edit. done.

    Creating reports has got me stumped. I'd like to start over from the table relationships and hopefully crawl thru to a final report. All I want to do is create a CSV file that I can input into the PCGS DB. I've got a partial report but need to add other tables to get info contained in them. Any help from experts out there? I have not run across any 'edit DB' topics.
