I purchased Coinmanage UK 2021 some years ago. I have never been able to use the bullion values calculator. My first problem was solved and it now updates and show bullion values. Unfortunately they are in dollars. I have emailed many times and you say it will be fixed. Have you corrected the problem now? Will it be a patch or an update from the 'Help' dropdown list? Please reply to this urgently.

I am sure by now the moderator has read the above post. I can only think he has not replied, as they have not completed the patch for UK bullion values.

Thank you for your reply. Why have you constantly ignored my question about the value of coins in your 2021 version and a Coin Yearbook that I own? The difference in values are not small. I am guessing your 2021 version has not been fully updated. There are no Royal Mint Brilliant Uncirculated Sets, and of the sets that have been entered there is a generic image!
I will wait until Sunday, my question have not been answered I will be approaching my bank to get a credit card refund.

I purchased CoinManager 2021. When i try to update the Bullion values by pressing the circled button (see above image) i get "Encountered an improper argument". I am running a laptop with Windows 10. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Also the values of coins your program gives, are less than a book i own which is a year old. i purchased your program to value my fathers coin collection, to give me some idea of its vale before i sell it. Clearly i am unable to continue without you replying to this thread. the software is unfit for my purpose. I have tried in previous threads to get an answer to this issue, but you have ignored my questions. the reason i say you have ignored my threads is, i can see that other posts have been answered. If this is not resolve in the next week i will be approaching my bank to get a credit card refund.

I have replied to your question, but have not received an answer.
Is your job part time or voluntary as this level of support is not acceptable.
I have deleted CoinManage and reinstalled it, but the same problem still persists.
Please also address the coin value discrepancy, between your program and a year old coin Yearbook.

Yes. if i try updating spot prices Tools/Bullion coins and values.....Press button box Get latest spot prices
or if i tools apply values to collections get latest spot prices ........Press button box Get latest spot prices

i also have the Cion Yearbook for 2020. Your coin values for 2021 in many cases are less than that stated in the book which is a year old.
eg Victoria 1838 sixpence your values F £10.00 VF £20.00 EF £55.00
Victoria 1838 sixpence Yearbook F £15.00 VF £40.00 EF £130.00

I perched CoinManage 2021 recently. When i try to get latest bullion spot prices i get an error box saying "Encountered an improper argument"
i also have the Cion Yearbook for 2020. Your coin values for 2021 in many cases are less than that stated in the book?
is it possible i have not installed the program properly.

On wednwsday I purchased your British CoinManager. Tried to activate it with the emailed reg Key. The program said I was running a VM and it was not possible to continue. I am not running a VM. Joined your forum to see if anybody else had the same problem. On April the 4th Znamloot had same problem, four days later he received a reply :-
Hi, please try again. Should work now. Sorry we forgot to change a setting in the licensing control panel.
Please revisit the licence control panel so as I can activate and use the program.
This is not a good start or introduction to your product. Please don’t make me wait 3 day!
Are there any admin's monitoring user problems as i have had no reply from emails or posts. If I do not get a reply soon i will be requesting a full refund.
