Thank you...Issue is resolved!

I bought StampManage USA 2022, all going well until my HD crashed.  I downloaded software again on my new HD, tried to activate online using the original product key and got a message existing key is already in use.  I even uninstalled program from pc and reinstalled again with no success. How do I get software loaded back on my new HD using original key so that it will work? 

My PC died, reinstalled StampManage USA 2022, time to enter activation key got the product key already in use.  Got the replacement key emailed back (same product key as first one) and still get same message when I try to enter. HELP!

So, I am using Stampmanage 2022 and I'm have my stamps in Davo albums...I mislabeled one of my albums as Davo (V) and did not notice until I entered over 200 stamps.  In the correctly numbered Davo book (VI) I have entered 192 stamps, my questions is can I merge all my stamps in (V) into (VI) w/o losing inventory all ready entered into (VI)?  I could just delete VI since that one has less inventory and renumber V as VI.  Thank you for a response.
