  1. I have several LST and LSV files. 'BullionCoins.lst, BullionCoins.lsv, BullionSummary.lst & BullionSummary.lsv. If I reinstall the program again, will I lose my data?
  2. I'm rather new, 7 months. But I purchased this latest software to ensure that I would have current prices for my collection. I don't see keeping this product if the coin values are not going to be updated. If I wanted a list of coins, I could have put them in a 'Word' document.
  3. I still have the question about coin values. I have 750+ coins which were saved about 8 months ago. I still have the same "total Value". I would think that this value would change over time, especially with a new Release. Am I doing something wrong?
  4. What changed with release 2023? I don't see any differences, but I have gone through all the screens. I did notice that my total coin for value for 750+ coins did not change. I would have expected some change. Did I just waste $19.95?
  5. I currently have CoinManage Deluxe 2017, CoinManage Deluxe 2021 and CoinManage USA 2022 installed on my computer running Windows 10. Can I uninstall the older versions (2017 & 2021) without screwing up 2022, or losing my data?
  6. I’m still wait for help with this issue. How can I get support about this problem, or other problems that may come up?
  7. I liked the trial version, but having difficult running new 2021 purchased version. I downloaded the trial apt. to try it out. I entered lots of different coins, with different dates, types, mint marks,,,. I tried different functions like edit, reporting, deletes,,, I used this software in conjunction with CoinStudy for values, mint marks,,, I tried several of the ‘Reporting functions’ and like it. I liked the product, so I purchased the new version “Coin Manage USA 2022’ from Liberty Street. I downloaded it, and it was installed. After install, I tried to load. Got message to “Activate Purchased Activation Code”. The next message said “Activate CoinManage online now” which I selected. Then I got a screen to “type your product key”. I copied and pasted this key from the message from Liberty Street. When I tried to enter, I got a TurboActivate message, “You must enter a valid product key….” Tried entering the key manually, and got the same message. I went back to the trial version “2017” and found that I could still enter data. But when I tried to use the reporting function, I got an error message “The project file cannot be read. It was generated with a newer version of this software”. What should I do? Plus, I don't want to lose data that I have entered.
