Actually, I got a similar "error" message when I tried uploading my collection to the internet on the old computer. That's probably the start of my problem. Hope you can help me. Thanks, Ray

I followed the online tutorial for transferring my StampManage files to a new computer, but I get an error message when I get to the last step. (See attachment.) Any Ideas for me? Thanks! Ray

I am also getting an error message when I click File and Backup Data to Internet. Here's what mine says: (At least, it looks like an error message, although it's all Greek to me - I don't like the word "Fail" at the bottom.) Anyway, I'd like to Backup Data to Internet so I can see my records on a new computer I just bought. My old one is fading fast and is extremely slow. Thanks for any advice you might have and share. I have StampManage 2022, and when I started using it, I selected maybe a dozen countries I mostly collect from. (I don't remember under what tab I did that or how to change/add to it.) Now, I'd like to add stamps from other countries, but those countries are not on the drop-down menu anymore - only the few countries I chose at the beginning. How do I get ALL country names to show up on the drop-down menu when I go to add a stamp? Thanks! Ray
