  1. I am new to this, having just purchased StampManage 2024. Creating an inventory of the stamps I inherited. I have three "varieties" of a stamp, and try to note the difference in the cell titled "Variety" on the variety information page. However, the last change gets applied to all the entries. This doesn't make sense, or I'm doing something wrong. I note someone else in the forum had this issue back in 2020, but I didn't see a reply For example: Scott #3408 Legends of Baseball I have a full Souvenir sheet of 20, a top block of 10, and a bottom block of 10. Entered full sheet, and database indicated Variety: "Souvenir Pane of 20 Stamps" and Denomination: "20x33c" as it should. Added stamp for top block, entering 3408. Opened Variety Information (F2), and changed Variety to read "Top block of 10" and Denomination to read 10x33. Chose ok, and my collection changed the first record for the full sheet also. Went back to full sheet record, and corrected variety information, and again, both records were changed to what I last entered. Tried editing Scott number to add a dash at end of it, program crashed. Reopened program, all three stamp entries gone (fortunately had only done those three), but also the database no longer listed it. Ran an update to the database, and stamps reappeared (3 entries and database)?!!. But still had same variety info across all 3 entries. Tried using Stamp manager to create a sub-variety, but it changed the original stamp also. Ultimately resolved the issue, by removing the Variety, and changing denomination to 33c (removing quantity). But shouldn't you be able to have multiple varieties with same stamp #?
