  1. I have deactivated the software on my old computer and loaded software to my new computer utilizing the link on my purchase email. The activation code does not work. I receive the following error message when I enter the code, me “License with the provide License_key not found". I have tried to email tech support, however the email fails.
  2. So how do I get assistance with my issue? Trying to transfer Home Manage to a new laptop, receiving error message that the code is no good, “License with the provide License_key not found". Help would be appreciated.
