When I bought the Canadian Coin Manage software,license I was told an update was coming soon. Has it arrived? How will I know when and where I can access it???

I am new to CoinManage (Canadian edition). I have entered my Canadian dollars, Fifty cent pieces and Toonies with date and grade. Now I want to print a simple report by canadian denomination then date then grade. I have looked at the 'canned' reports in reporting (to pdf) but nothing works for me. How do I get the report I want?
