I had to re-register today in order to access this one. I upgraded to the 2012 version almost 2 years ago and although it has been working fine otherwise, it has never been able to load any updates. Also, I have entered almost half of the entire St Pierre & Miquelon stamp varieties and images in hopes of also receiving a free upgrade, but I am unable to upload them either!
