Ops Manager Benchmark Posted January 27, 2014 Report Share Posted January 27, 2014 My predecessor at work bought AssetManage 2011 sometime last year, installed it onto his laptop, and then left the Company shortly afterwards. I’m now trying to move it onto a shared drive so that it’s associated with my position / role and not an individual, effectively enabling it in "multi-user capable" mode. However, I don't think that I can place the AssetManage data file in a central location on my network (which is what we need), as we cannot find the original purchase key which would allow me to deactivate / reactivate the license It appears to be a very good asset, but where it is located is not helping in business efficiency terms.
