(I beg of you, please don't tell me I have to reinstall everything...it's taken nearly a day to get this far!) Thanks so much. Edit: Just noticed the screenshot is showing that I have StampManage 2016. In fact I installed 2016 first, then I installed the 2023 update plus the two stampimage files. If that helps at all. I did a reinstall of the 2023 update and the error is gone. 🙌 I may have caused the problem by not using the default install directories because I didn't have enough room on my hard drive.
